Hi,

I'm a thirty-something expat living on Sydney's northern beaches in New South Wales, Australia. I'm a keen writer in my spare time and I pursue my passion for writing through my expat blog, www.insearchofalifelessordinary.blogspot.com. I also tweet on my expat experiences under russellvjward.

I lived in the UK until 2003, before emigrating to Canada (Vancouver and Ottawa), then most recently to Sydney, Australia (my wife's home city).

Hi Russell I loved Austrailia when I went there about 20 years ago. I worked on a sheep farm for 6 months and drank lots of Melbourn and Vicktoria bitter. Do they still have that? I found Austrailians to be very laid back.

I like your blog a lot!! what do you do for work there? will you stay there for good?
